Expect fish and all kinds of shellfish in all their glory… Like the baked John Dory with baby Swiss chard and confit lemon!

Location: InterContinental Hong Kong, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

The newly redecorated space at the Intercontinental is the famous seafood restaurant, called Rech. Originating from France as a grocery store in 1925, the establishment later developed into a stylish seafood restaurant before being taken over in 2007 by the talented chef, Alain Ducasse.

Dining at Murasaki - Boasting superior food and similarly superior interior design, the high-end omakase restaurant @dining.at.murasaki presents a sushi bar, a dessert lounge, and a teppanyaki bar – all against the backdrop of the glorious Victoria Harbour. Select from a menu filled with fusions of traditional omakase with French influence, and savor in the flavors from dishes like the French blue lobster with Hokkaido sweetcorn cream soup, or the pan-fried foie gras with raspberry.
