For a posher option, dine at the palm-fringed Coyaba for even more Caribbean-tinged dishes and ridiculously delicious desserts. Before you go on and order their popular lobster thermidor in Dijon-mushroom cream sauce, try several different appetizers: like the guava-and-tamarind barbeque ribs, or the coconut-shrimp tempura, among other mouthwatering options in the menu!
