THE WOODS Central Bar Hong Kong

As the name suggests, woodland elements are seen throughout the stylish interior of the lounge. Its sensational cocktails and shooters rotate 4x a year, making each order a fun one at that!

Hidden away under a flight of stairs down Hollywood Road, a cosy cocktail bar called The Woods creates classic cocktails made with a twist of market-fresh ingredients.

Two-star Michelin Chinese restaurant by day and cocktail bar by night, Duddell's boasts both style and substance. Experience more than just a simple mix of flavors; the outdoor lounge is spacious and their range of cocktails creative. Sample their signature drink – the Opium (scotch laced with peach, poppy seed milk and a punch of lime)!

Chic and avant-garde, the cocktail lounge Quinary presents whimsical concoctions made by the bar’s most prestigious mixologist, @mmcocktail.

Its classy interiors is decked with ultra-rare bottles of wine and liquor, and you’ll enjoy the setting if serene jazz is your thing. Why not try the Blood Mary made from wasabi-redistilled vodka?

Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour - Concept: An expert botanist called Dr Fern prescribes gin as “stress-related ailments.” Boasting 250 kinds of different gins, an impressive list of martinis and cocktails is definitely expected. Despite having only opened earlier this year, its fantastic showcase for the variety, complexity and subtlety of premium gin is non-debatable! Having trouble locating it? Look for a façade made to mimic a doctor’s clinic.

J. Boroski

Decked out in leather, copper and teak, the oasis of discreet luxury boasts rows of steel scarabs that adds that stylish touch! Whilst one needs an invitation to enter, its snug interior and tailor-made experience is well worth the effort.
